Bugged loot.

So, ive been farming Ancient swamp and have got pink drops. But every pink i get is for lvl 35 meanwhil im lvl 30. Can i depend on my experience beeing 704/704?

Level 28 isn't necessary, you can also be 30. You are correct though about everyone needing to be 30 or below.

Surfing iam pretty sure it has to do with the threat level. If u not clear a certain amount of mobs of the map, boss will drop higher lvl loot. has been alyways so in sewers...

You can be up to level 32 and still receive 30 loot.

Loot is determined by both the user's level, and the mob's threat level, as Ricci stated.

The latter. Lower mob count = lower threat level = lower level loot.

I don't think you can be up to 32 to receive 30 drops
That place is scaled according to your lvl. I've seen lvl31-33 frog wands so I'm sure you can't be lvl32 to get lvl30 frog wands

Swamps scales differently. I was helping a friend farm frog wands and he was receiving l35 items as a l30 then after I had to go he was getting l30 items. So yes he is right.

Because item drops are designed so you get the highest possible wand level without surpassing your current level.


For example, in BSM, if you are 72, they make sure u get 71 items not 73 because at 72, you can equip 71 but not 73. Clear?

Exactly if that's the case, 32s shouldn't be getting lvl30 drops but lvl31 drops

Actually you don't have to have a l30 team to get 30 drops....I was at still farm with cswatcher and rattatsin and I got a mambozas frog wand a dreamers frog staff while he got mambozas frog staff....all l30

Guys you can't be serious. I thought Myst made it pretty clear. The drops don't scale to your level, it's completely dependent on the threat level of the mobs. As said before, the more mobs you kill before you kill a boss, the lower the threat level, meaning lower level items for you. Kapeesh?
No, drops scale to your level now.. it's been ages since drops scaled to threat level.

That is irrelevant, as toad leather isn't even a croc feud item. Toad leather is traditional ancient swamps that also drops in croc feud, like toad tiara (helms also scale 30-35).
