Hey one and all, right now when I started playing al I decided to go to mount spyr to lvl up when I entered the zone I found a lvl 17 in the zone is this a glitch ??101342

I remember Samhayne saying that since nordr isn't an endgame campaign anymore, low levels like lvl 14+ or so,ETHING can join their friends/guildies
