Got banned for 7 days 'cause of mistakely typing something

I was writting the word Bigger on the guild chat but mistakely wrote Nigger.(N and B are next to each other on keyboard).I am not racist and did not want to write that word but got banned.Coupd STS make something about it,because it happens for second time to me and i am sure it has happened to many other people..
