5 disconected in 30 mins. Everytime i go to elite and pvp. Ping spikes and dc.

Be nice - development and infrastructure management are difficult things to do and even the large companies (like Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, Target, etc.) get it wrong.
STS is a small company that does not self-host, so have a little bit of patience.
It is frustrating, but give them a few days to get it sorted out. They'll make it right eventually.
