The new Planar Arena is the much anticipated facelift to the old Gladiator Arena. Rise to the challenge against some of the most fearsome bosses in Arlor, including a brand new addition to the mix: Ferrix!

The purple is fugly. When can we actually get a good looking vanity??? The original picture of the gladiator gear the red one was the best looking new set ive seen in AL in a Looooong time. Disapointed with the vanity being purple but yay to everything else :)

The purple crystals that follow a player and pulls people close before exploding.

Is there a solution to where if you get pulled and you Are the person that the crystal is following, you could actually escape rather than getting pulled and hit by crystal after crystal until you either die by the crystals, or keep clicking potions?

+1 for this. I just want to be able to find matching vanity helm and armor for my elondrian gun. Brown and green would be nice. The purple does look like it would go well with a kershal staff, but other than that I don't know what it would match.

Just run laps on the outer edge of the arena. It's the same strategy as the old arena.

This keeps you from getting pulled by the crystal and gives the rest of your party space to fight in without having to worry about the crystals either.

I'd personally prefer the fossil to drop as a standalone rare item for one's 4th boss, adds to the excitement of the run, instead of a grind and opening/selling the chests afterwards. also just in case there is a problem with the loot table, like the archons twice before which dropped like rain.
This way if chests drop like rain...... which they will because its guaranteed after the 4th boss. however u still have to loot it from the chest.

Purple was/is known as a color of royalty. Dyed fabrics were a luxury item and it took red and blue dye to make purple. The dyeing process took konger than other colors to achieve the rich color offered in the vanities.
