I need to get up my hp to 4000+ but don't know what strong ring and amulet to get I'm currently at 3872 HP and dying quite a bit but I need to know which strong rings and amulets to ger

The best ring and amulet in my opinion is lvl 21 ensconced band if potency (don't quote me on spell) and amulet is lvl 20 tarlok amulet of potency. And I prefer diva cause I have 4100+ HP with those rings and amulet with dovabear. Reminder it's my opinion!!
