problems in shuyal map?

I've been playing in shuyal around five minutes and suddenly my ping got crazy until reach 45,677.
It's not my tablet (I use a asus nexus 7)
It's not my wifi (I live in spain so.. for those who live in spain and some of you will know that here it is fast)

So I thought arcane legends will may have some problems about shuyal?
Does anybody hhave some trouble in suyal?

It's all around and theories are being made why the lag is happening. It might be that some of the servers are lagging, and some are not
