screenshot capture on PC

When i do in-game screenshot with ctrl p, i only get the bottom half of the AL logo, nothing that is actually on screen.
Is this a setting I can adjust?
I can ss message boards np using ctrl P, comes out fine.

Isn't there a PrtScr key on keyboard? By it you copy whole thing there on desktop... Just paste in paint or anywhere and use it :)

There should be a PrintScreen button on your windows keyboard
(looks similar to this)

You click that button when you have your selected picture on screen,
next go to Microsoft Paint, and either Right click and click "PASTE" or press Ctrl+V to paste,
then Save the image on desktop


If anyone is on MacOSX and is wondering how to screenshot,
press
Command+Shift+3
to screenshot the entire screen

Command+Shift+4 (use mouse to click and drag around selected area to screenshot)
to screenshot a portion of the screen

The screenshot should be saved with something like (date and time of the screenshot) "2014-...12:15am" on desktop

In a laptop or any PC with Windows 7 or 8 there will be a pre installed app called as the snipping tool,use it.
