View Full Version : Technical Issues with "Free Platinum offers"

It seems that whenever I complete an offer from NativeX, it does NOT give me the platinum AT ALL. Could not contact customer service due to random errors. I installed the offers/apps then ran them and after that I went back to the game, still no Platinum. I ended up uninstalling the offered apps. Anyone know what to do? It'll be much appreciated. My SL is Luxferreomega117.

That happens with me a lot. But it could be the fact that I'm in Australia. Either way, it's funny getting WAY more plat than you should from a NativeX employee.

If you followed these steps and still did not get your currency you can contact NativeX support via the offer wall. Simply tap on the Free Offers from NativeX and scroll to the bottom of the list. You will see a "Need Help?" button. Tap that and follow the prompts. They will contact you within three business days.
