Haha that's funny. He's actually a friend of mine in game. Even helps me lvl my low lvl toons for FREE. Cant say I've ever thought he was botting. Oh wells if he's cheating he deserves to be punished.

Well sts cant really boot botters can they ? They have no proof that they are botting . Althought botting isnt very efficient , except maybe boosting in pvp.
