So I've been wondering, why the heck when I charge my staff button, it comes out of my mages hand? I think the magic power thingy should come from the staff. What do you guys think?

I think of a staff as more of a catalyst or a tool for magnifying the sorcerer's magic. Having the arcane energy flowing through the staff (catalyst), through his arms, and out his hands. You usually only see magic flowing out of the scepter stone if the one holding it has no magic abilities whatsoever. So this shows that the sorcerer is actually more than a bloated smurf carrying a magic wand around.
