best pvp drops

i keep seeing these grey stuff for random people. anyone ever get anything good? or higher than grey?

most ive seen are lvl 32 kite shields- which i want =(

over 6000 twink kills, i got 2 jeweled bows of evasion

these only drop from barrels in forest manor, level 20

the chance is about 1/200 to get one :/
