Ok I heard a few things here and there but I'm really interested in everything so please someone tell me EVERYTHING about this and show me pics of the emblem

The program is closed down just like GoA. It was a thank you from StS in the beginning of the game to certain people who helped a lot with the community.

I don't have the pics on this phone there on my old one, but star guards were pretty much moderators with less power, star guard>mod>dev was shutdown after a while but you could distinct them b a special star emblem vanity that went on there shoulder, ghost was one of then he sill has his Sg emblem

yeah. ghost(octavos)and hercules(I forgot his forum.name) has that SG emblem vanity.
