Anything that cannot be traded/sold via trade window, isn't allowed to be sold/traded.

A mod (forget which one) said in another thread several months back that they do not support it and they don't want you to but if you do its at your own risk and they can not help if you are scammed.

yes i know that anything that isnt done by trade window is not legit but i guess i remember one of the devs saying ( at Avidlegend's thread i guess ) said that its our risk and they connot help if we get scammed however they do not ban , right?

Yep. They've said this several times, although the devs contradict one another quite frequently.

According to at least one dev, yes.

Well i have seen alot of OG Names return so im guessing those were sold recently or just old players.

It is legit sell names, but I just try and get them whenever I make a new alt.
