L17 Mage?

I wanted to try out low level pvp again and I remember l17 Mage being quite enjoyable. I have a build and gear, but I'd like feedback on their quality.

Stats:
52 Dex, 37 Int, 1 Str

Build:
6 light, 5 heal, 3 fire, 1 frost, 1 drain

Setups:

Hit/Armor-
L15 Dex Hallo Helm
L15 Pink Paw
L15 Arti
L15 Pink Evidence
6 Armor/2 Hit Ring

Crit/Damage-
L15 Dex Hallo Helm
L15 Pink Paw
L15 Expert
L15 Pink Evidence
8 Damage/2 Crit Ring

Regen-
L10 Elven Helm of Mastery
L10 Dreamers Fire Wand
L5 Alchemist
L10 Magic Shield of Mastery
1 Hs/3 Ms/2 Damage Ring

Also, which Setups should I use vs certain classes? Is l17 pink fbow worth buying?

Also, when I buy plat is it worth it to try for full Dreamer's set instead of Mastery?

Idk I enjoyed int based more than the dex based. You get higher heals and more skill damage
The good thing about 17 is that you have enough stat points for 37 dex ring and the 15 alch.

Also, I don't think it's worth the plat to get the full dreamers.

Or get hit face then use magi ring and exp :)
