Yes, there are alot of people playing, which does not include the alts they have. If they were to do this, they would have to limit it to players at the current endgame expansion.

So therefore, only people L40+ will see their position. After all.. they are the only ones who will attempt for Top LBs (and stay on it)

I think game already calculate all players for show top 25 user so there will be no lag

Hmm I don't think achievement points really tells you something about another player's skill.
