why when I try to complete an offer and earn platinum, down the application, install, open, when I go back to the game, the game restarts and I get nothing, try to keep the offer open the program again and always restart the game or is pending

It's pretty hard on android to do offers

Im on android app at the moment,

Go to AL Forums > AL Technical Issues and Bugs > click the 2nd sticky (Not recieving your nativex platinum? See this thread/guide)

I wrote that a while ago using my android phone so i hope it helps

There are offers that are credited to your account immediately after finishing the process but others requires you to contact nativex support.

Does it matter? I have AL on Androind and PC as well.
