Can sts reset lvl of toons?

Can they (sts) reset the lvl of my toon from 41 back to 1 (kdr won't matter if it's reset), without losing my pets?

As far as I know only 1 lvl possible to reduce. :)
Ex; lvl 25 to lvl 24 (pet who already lvl 25, not affected the lvl still 25 if not using in PvE maps)

StS can make you even Level 100 if they need (like a moderator Seoratrek :)).

If got different time yes, I mean the distance between.
I ever lower my char, before accidentally from 21 to 22, so decrease again to 21 (some pet still 22).
And also happen again, from 22 to 23, then decrease to 22 (some pet still 23).

But the weird thing here is the pet, if the pet who already higher before, won't decrease the pet lvl unless use them in PvE maps and hit the mobs.

You just need to email to sts support. They will lower only 1 level and will not say like him below too if it's your first time mistake. Sts understands twinks lvls.

Email support, and explain to them what happened. They might lvl u down..
