Just curious,
Any new players who've started playing recently can give comments?

It's not very hard, but familiarity with other Legends titles will definitely help in the long run.
Gold may be a tad more difficult to make at low levels, but it's not what I call difficult. The game is more casual than other RPGs. It's just how much effort you put into the game :)
There's a thread called "When You Were New." It has helpful advice us oldies acquired as we played.
It's harder then it was before, as pay to win has taken over AL

Quest? You do Quest ....?
I mean 1K for all the quest isn't the big deal ....

It's is for players who need potions. Pets/gear aren't free either, you know.
Plus not everyone comes into a new game with full knowledge of farming and merching.

Depends on what your goal is.
To beat the game. Easy.
To be good in pvp. Hard and expensive.

+1 for Ravager... this game is not hard if you only play for fun.
