your passive choice (might or knowledge recommended)
Not active at this bracket but my friends tell me this is effective

I rather deal enough dmg to counter there heal over trying to keep up with there heal since we heal close to 50% of our health while they heal 100%...
normally with a stun pet (orion/clyde/slag) you can beat rogues. (slag is your best bet)
most 1v1 with wars are without heal so yeah.

Light 3/5 Damage + Crit
Fire 3/5 Stun + DoT

Gale is amazing at lvl 13, no one really knows but it is absolutely amazing.
I'll recommend going for curse too if you are planning to join a guild as it helps a lot in a guild war. Heck one mage makes all the difference sometimes.
Heal 2/5 will do
Shield 4/5 or 3/5 will do (no invulnerability for 3/5 as it is bugged sometimes)
Gale for the stun
Ice for the dot and aoe
Curse for the supreme dmg dealing power in group battles!
However my view is normally more orientated towards guild wars, so if you run solo, lightning and fire over ice and gale.

Note: Gale + Timeshift in gw can seriously screw rogues up at lvl 13-14

Don't do any Passives.
If you need help, pm Mysticalz. NO.1 MAGE AT LVL 13-14! (If he takes you as his padowan! x'D)

3shield 2heal 5curse 1int 1ice is just fine.. its what i use on Synergic

If you want a little more damage drop ice and int and pick up light 2points.

be careful with time when cursed though.
Hardest part about time is when fighting curse or a mage with captains staff in which you appear to be cursed.
