Hey
I was wondering how many of you actually farm locks now (at endgame). I normally farm elite tindrin or elite ss but its been more than a month since i have farmed locks. If you guys do pls tell me and also why you do over elites.
(this thread is just for me to learn why people do or dont farm locks)

I sometimes farm lockeds cuz i get bored of rare epic items in elite shuyal trindin and aha i like the looks of that shiney box dropping also.

I combine each farming, elite, locked, egg, and daily too..
While farming egg, could lucky too get locked, or farming elite too could loot locked :)
I'm of course not the people who stay in front of km3 and waiting someone to invite me, on for quest there..

I have my own tracks for locked farming outside km3

When I get a luck elixir from klaas I sometimes farm locked. I usually solo KM3 and pick up some PvE kills and level some pets at the same time.

I did it this weekend just to level some pets! Sometimes I do it on my twinks if I get lix. People do it because it's almost a sure gold gainer although slow. Locked at 5k let's say you buy luck at 7, you can easily make 0-20k in 30 minutes. In elite you could maybe loot one golden chest or item worth 50-100k, but you spent 30k on pots and another 30 on lix. Sometimes the loot doesn't pay for your runs, sometimes it pays big. It's more of a gamble and time burner whereas km3 is always steady. I choose to run elites just because that's what we do, it's not for everyone, but it's endgame non pvp fun :)

I don't because KM3 is the most boring place ever and my eyes cross when I go there. It's not fun, but I have never enjoyed the monotony of those sorts of runs. Some people get a thrill of plowing through fast it just never appealed to me. I run elites for practice and to help newer players learn to run maps and play their class. I don't care about the amount of PvE kills I have either.
