Ultra noob question - how do I get the totem quest?

Hi everyone,

Sorry, ultra noob question, but I have used the search button and even googled my question, and cannot find the answer.

Where do I get the totem quests / shard quests for the cyber armor? I have recently turned level 50, and despite finding the "?" guy in Crush the Keeper, I can't seem to get the quest? What do I have to do to start the quest? And can players < level 50 get the quest as well?

The npc spawns in the krush the keeper map where the shadow mobs are at. He is a random spawn you may have to run several times before you see him. He also spawns in random locations where the shadow mobs are.

What happened to me was I turned level 50 and found that the "?" npc was offering a quest. He appears at random where King Mynas spawn in Crush the Keeper!, which is the room with all the shadow minions. Not exactly sure if anything else triggers it. Maybe you have to surpass that level and clear all of Trials of the Galactic Overlord
