Help?

I don't know if this is my Ipod Touch or the game, but everytime I'm at a dungeon with other ppls and there is a huge mob of monsters and then I hear this sound like a disc gettong scratch or a metal scraping sound? Also sometime when i enter a dungeon or towne It'll load for a very long time.
