Question

Well what I want to know is:
The skil "Frost Bolt" has an upgrade called "shiver" wich makes it last longer and It's cleary visible in pve but, Is it last longer in pvp? Or has the same duration than without this upgrade in pvp?

Also Is Fireball's Scorch (the one that lows the chance to hit) good at pvp?

As far as I know, scorch didn't good at all unless it stack and longer.
Shiver in PvP not always work I guess because if always work it must be had different duration in PvE.
It will stop all players if you combos fire and ice by this skill.

Yeah, this gave me an idea of wich upgrades should i choose
