Best twink bracket?

Im planning on my making a rogue twink and im wondering which level bracket is the best and most fun. Build, items and skill will also help. Thanks

10-11 is pretty good. I'm in Red Legion, many clash with VN and other guilds. Very fun!!!

Which brackets has the cheapest best gear? Im thinking of making either 10-11 or 15-16 not really sure

15 - 16 everything can be bought for like 750k except the amulet which cost at least 2m

Really talking about spamming too.. 20-23 is all about spamming skills tf.. Everyone basically has the same builds no creativity at that bracket

if u want to know if you one of the best go 17. it's the bomb for twinking. almost everybody got arcane pets

Yes 17 very competitive u can succeed with dova but many have arcane

Rogues really OP at 26-27, but it is pretty expensive bracket. Also, you can try 31-32 and 36-37, but you will definitely need an arcane pet there, which means even more money spent. Also, you will suffer from mauls and mages with runic flares/kershals.
