hi wanna ask what lvl is the best to twink mage? and what skill should i put just wanting to create mage twink

I only know lvl 21-22-23, that's best..
And lvl 9 seems mage pretty OP..

depends what you want. i play on 31-32. its not crowded but most of the time you can pvp with someone.
