If they are tradable, then you lose money lol. Who is gonna sell it for more than 10 mill

Nah, they were designed to be a good sink. The only vanities worth more than 10m are the arlor sets and jester colored ones.

... The original gold aps were removed cause of scams, making this vanity tradeable would result in scams to so it's pointless.

If you buy one and sell for under 10 millions you loose gold, and if you buy one and sell for more then 10 millions nobody will buy, since they can buy cheaper.

But no one would do that. Why would someone buy a 10 mill set for more then 10 mill

Just no. If they're giftable that means they're tradable and that means that once rich Player1 who bought them gets bored of the look, he can sell to rich Player2 for 9m and the original number of sets keep circulating because, who would buy it 10m from NPC when he can 100% buy it 10%+ off from another player?
Let's not mess up our only decent gold sink, shall we.
