To make to the Top 50, you need to beat the #50 guild in terms of AP points.
For example, Guild #50 has 10,000 AP points on Week 1. Guild #51 then earned 10,100 AP points on Week 2. Guild B is now #50
After that, the guilds are ranked based on guild age, pve kills, pvp kills, account age and activity as well as AP points too.
