Liking pocket legends on facebook not working

I create a new character and made a new facebool account so I could like Pocket legends for platinum. When I do it, it gets checked but I dont get platinum, and when I force close its unchecked. Also I can't get any platinum from any offers anymore from trialplay and trialplay always works. Ever since Ive been using two accounts platinum offers dont work how do I fix this?

But use native x and not trailplay
