I open 150+ lock and got 1 ethyl and 1 orion, and few gold and plat in double odd event,
And when the STS say will refund platinum and crate, i have no platinum and crate return or refund.
I was email, COMENT sts in all news update but no answers..
Now i dont know what to do,
I spend alot of real money to buy platinum, and when all players have refund plat and crate i only one person have no platinum or crate return..
What sts do??
Why sts not fair to me??
I HAVE no idea to enjoy with my game anymore...
I just wish to sts or staf read my problem and give me a fair solution..

Okay, when did you exactly open these locks, have you ever tried to formulate this message a bit more formal?

It being the weekend there is likely minimal staff at the office.

Players who had their plat refunded were those who opened them before the Friday update. Apparently, they were not able to code the double odds into last Thursday's update. So if you opened them when the odds where already fixed, then there is no reason to refund your platinum. It is simply a case the odds not being in your favor :(

The people who win usually get really really lucky or spend lots of plat

Personally I have stopped taking that chance and can invest my gold/plat elsewhere

I open lock before they update and say the limite refund is 6th and i wish they refund my plat but no one plat refund, then i open 10+ again in 6 and 7th..
I still COMENT in new post update to check my platinum spend history but they just hiding and keep calm

I have send email to sts suport too and they do nothing too..
I know the update and i open lock before they update..
And now i just cry, its no problem to loot nothing because i know that the chance of lucky. But they refund all player expect me??? That not fair

I have a friend a officer in my guild and we open lock at same time,
Then i logg out arcane legend and few moment they update the issue too refund plat and crate.
I loggin to game again to tell my guild and few moment they all have refund expect me,... :(:(

You have to wait for sts to take your email, because sts dont work on weekend.

And let se the update word please to fix that, i m not a noob here, they just NOT refund mine..
And i HAVE 2 people with same time in lock open and they have refund and not me..
Dont answer my question like i never read their post o have read the post every word they has write and i has see my platinum spend history in game. Then i know the sts not refund me i dont know why

I start open lock before thursday and open alot in thursday too, more than 150 lock bro,..
And i have read their post when update, i COMENT in their update too
