My brother took my charger for my iPad, and he's playing PL, but I wanted to play PL, should I do something evil? He locked himself in the room, and is on his account fyi.

Buy a new charger. Don't tell ur brother that u bought a new one. Take a knife and do rly small cuts allover the old charger wire. So when ur brother uses the old wire he will constantly get small zaps.
