Graphics Lag on Chrome - Why?

Hello,

I was wondering why I experience graphics lag on Chrome? I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 860m 2gb GPU so it should be able to play AL at around 40+ fps just fine, however...these are my frames per second:

In Crowded Areas:
102961

In Static Areas:
102962

Can someone please explain why? Thank you!


Additionally, the fps seems to be capped at 60 fps?

Fixed it - now it runs at 60 FPS in any location.

at least yours doesn't get stuck on contacting server >.< my Lenovo Y40 hates STS games! What exactly did you do to fix it in the end should the day come that it actually gets fixed to run on my laptop?
