Build For L16 PVP Bird

I Really Love PvP Birds... And I saw some L16 PvP birds which is so strong and I always get beaten :beaten:... I want to try it... So can anyone tell me the Stats Build,Skills and telling Gears Would be awesome too! :subdued:

Pure dex, 1 root/shat/blast, 3 break, 5 evas 4 focus. Evan build very good vs bear, and in ffa. Not so good vs mages. If you wanna kill mages then use a 6 focus/break build, but you loose dodge so will be vulrable to bear. Hence why bird is hard at 16 you can only really build vs 1 class.

Combo as follows for bear - break shat blast root, kite, repeat and should be dead. Mages - root, wait for heal, break shat blast.
