What are you wanting to do with your character?
Build a level 10, 20, or 30 pvp toon? Go for a level 50 build with high end gear for PvP? Or PvE? Do you know what dual spec means and why some people choose it over pure dexterity? Do you favor playing solo or in a group?
Without a lot more information about you, it's like someone asking how they should invest their money. You don't tell an 80 year old lady on a fixed income the same thing you do a college bound 18 year old.
What skills should i get? im gonna pve. why do ppl choose pure dex. Goning to become lvl 50.

i would go pure dex just because of the damage, DPS, and hit%
