Items with no Stat Minimums?

Which items do not need stats to equip.

For example Halloween items only require a certain level to equip but no stats.

I wanna know so maybe I can put together a cheap set to level my twinks. Thanks :)

Not being dumb I just didn't have time to think of them all. Halloween was what I could think of off the top of my head. And yes sheu you're right, the l10 plat wand doesn't take stats.

I don't have one I just know for a fact that l20 birds used to use them for regen and they never had any int.

Oh...my friend has one too I think for leveling. I just wanna compare with the L. 10 Green Arctic Candle Wand to see which one is better.

Id stick with candle if you're just training your chars. Since you already have a candle, id stick with it. Also it has a higher damage range too. If you need, I have the other wand somewhere on one of my chars.

Like res said I'd just use the candle since you have it already rather than spending 35 plat for a wand you may only use no more than a few times to level.

yeh most L10 weapons were reduced since all scaling were reduced a certain amount which put the L10s below zero
also rings drag and elite, the plat helm crowns, dingy helm and crafted pink cop
obviously all vanities
