Where can I find vyxnaar in 2014? I herd shadow cave V and fathom crypt but I can't seem to find him.

I believe it is one of the bosses that sometimes appear. Not always does he show up in every run.

Go to fathom crypt town and turn to the right. Follow that path and go through the portal at the end. You will enter another path and there will be a portal with bones in front of it. Vyxnaar is through that portal. He is also in shadow caves. The boss in fathom drops l25 helms and the one in shadow caves drops l50.

Shadow Caves V is right as well. Last center room. He sometimes appears, mostly not. It's random.

Really? I've run many times and have yet to see him. He must be very rare indeed.
