Hello, i am returning to PL after the cap and i have forgotten my old account information, so in that case i will gladly create a new one but i don't remember alot about the game....

1. Whats the maximum skill level again?
2. Whats the best build for pve and then for pvp? Last time i was int/dex but i heard that its good to do 157 int 157 dex 71 str? I am trying to get enough dex for the equipment requirements then put the rest in int... is that a good idea?

1.) 9
2.) for pve and pvp I reccomend full int or if you want to take more add 157-167 str and dex sets aren't great on mages I reccomend int items but that's a matter of preference on you're playing style

What level you going to? If 75-77 I would buy fiery int set which is quite cheap to buy :)
