Shadow veil

So, I know that each enemy must be inside veil to receive debuff. But what about buffs, do each player has to be inside to gain bonus for him/herself? Or just one player(and all others get bonus) or even if only enemy stands inside for example?

Simply put, if you want the benefit - you have to be inside veil. One person being inside veil will not grant the whole party buffs, just himself.

Well Z covered it but currently there's a glitch where if you stand right outside the veil you still receive armor buff.

You can receive buffs inside or on the edge of the veil..
