i was wondering about how does tapjoy understand if i downloaded an app and opened it. Do you have any information about it ?

ok but how the app that i installed knows my account name ? because when i choose an app from tapjoy wall it closes PL and goes to app store.

I don't pretend to know the full technical details, but what seems likely is that the following occurs:

1) You select an offer from the Tapjoy wall
2) Your device ID and a reference to the app is sent to Tapjoy
3) You're redirected from Tapjoy to the App Store with a referral link
4) When you download the app via the referral, Tapjoy is notified by Apple
5) When you open the app, the app connects to Tapjoy to verify your device opened the app
6) Tapjoy then credits Pocket Legends for the referral
7) Pocket Legends awards your account the platinum.
