Computer bug?

Downloaded the game on my Windows Xp Compaq, pretty old computer. Im using Chrome, downloaded the game super fast. Loads all the way up to 75% then sits for a while, then tells me to go try a suggestion w/ the help of about:flags. I do what it says but to no avail. Is there something im doing wrong or what.

Lol its all im working with my man, that and my phone but phone tends to die while the computer doesn't.
