Add proc to magma gear

I think that magma helms and plates, as elite gear, should be buffed, because it is just illogical for crate gear (even if these crates are event) to be better than elite one. As a possible buff, proc can be added for magma gears. Something simple - armor/damage/crit (for will) or damage/crit/armor (for assault) buff for warriors/mages/rogues respectively which diminishes over time (like lvl 36 myth weapons and magma claymore). But it should be powerful enough to balance out 150 hp and mana loss. With complete magma set chance of proc should be 1.5x or 2x higher than a chance of proc with only one piece. It should revive elites and add more options for gear build (for example, wearing myth helm and magma armor).
