Platinum purchase error?

Hi im new to arcane legends. Before the update i was planning on buying some plat. Get a great deal with first time purchase. I updated the game and i dont get the message. Buy for first time and get more than 50% with first purchase. The amount of plat i wanna buy doesnt even show. Just the price. Is the first time purchase over? Sorry for my english.

discount for first time purchase should still be there, it's probably just a glitch with the recent update and could be fixed in a few days...also you might want to send email about this case through support@spacetimestudios.com ~goodluck :)
