Booting After using pot

I was playing croc swamp on my lvl 39 Mage yesterday, and i was the highest lvl out of the other 3, we were going fine till they told me to pot up for a boss, and i said ok. When i bought one they booted me.

next time just make your own game or join your friends, that way you wouldn't need to worry about some ****ed up player(s) ruining the game for you.

Something similar happened to me... Someone booted me right before boss (I think witch but not sure anymore been a while) died and gave reason "No loot ah ah" or something like that. Just ignore the player from now on. Some people are just plain rude.

The worst thing is when you are lvl49, farming Crush the keeper like hell and you join a group of great looking lvl50. You ask: "May I join?". No answer. The group starts, things look fine, you take a lvl pot (because you don't want to spend the next month on it) and they boot you... 3k wasted just like that.

Not to mention that some 49s are much better players than a lot of 50s and actually make your keeper run better. I used to run with a couple 48-49 (haven't seen them in a while they must be 50s by now...) and it was some of the fastest/best totem runs I have been into. These peeps knew their game. Stats and levels alone do not make a run better.

I've had something like this happened to me before.

I think the solution would some sort of grace time after buying the pot.
Example. If you get booted or lose connection with 30 seconds of the purchase, you get your
money back.

Too easy to exploit. Some bosses can be defeated pretty quickly. So, pot for boss, win fast enough, friend boots you from game = free elixir of whatever.

This. There are a few ppl I've been playing with who don't spend as much time as I do playing (read: I'm thoroughly, embarrassingly addicted) and they haven't made it to 50 yet. We were in the 30's together. I know of two in particular who I'd much rather have in a game with me than some fifties I know. Actually, I had a lot of fun playing with some 40 something bears last night.
