dual wield

ok so as you saw in the title i wanted to ask the devs what they think about this idea, i mean it would be cool if STR and DEX people could dual wield and i didn't see any thread talking about this, so... anyway if a dev reads this can you please tell me if you guys will take this in consideration? :D thanks for reading

You can dual weild...started a while ago. I helped start it:D it's not really an implemented thing though...

You can only dual wield specific items, there are daggers for Dex in the plat store, and level 50 dual daggers for Dex and dual swords for Str and Int from the shadow cave.

Nope you can't dual weild 2 one-handed weapons.

Dual weild weapons still count as one weapon, just in both hands.

Is he referring to the dual daggers? Or dual speccing?

Whats the added benefits of using Dual Wield weapons? You have no skill that can utilize it like what they had in Diablo 2 (i.e. Frenzy or Double Swing if you ever played D2) Or Passive skills that increase its ability.

Anyone with Dual Wield weapon experience that can explain why they'd be useful? The max damage and DPS of the ones available in the store don't seem worth losing a shield. Like if the stats on the weapon would equal having 2 Pink weapons in your hand then maybe it would be worth it.

Need some info on this.
