20 str/int Mage help

Hello all recently I thought of making a lv.20 Mage. Any suggestions on builds, combos and gear ? Thanks.
So far I got lv.20 Halloween int set (helm and armour) and lv.20 pink fiendish doll, thinking if getting paw. I also got the rhino plat pack and bear plat pack.

That's not a str mage. A str mage is using bear or rhino plat pack.
