After many hours and runs we are yet to see any change in the drop rate of the vials, ths cs is empty now so I feel as if everyone elts is having the same problem.. Has anyone found one since they have been changed to a rare item. This needs to be looked at again and fixed

But to answer op I have not found one ever...when they were super common, impossible to find or since sts said they "fixed" them.
