I've been spamming the Swamp Hag map for about 10-15 remakes now, no boss. xD

I spawned it once a while back, I don't remember how I did it. :/

Just do a lap around that big circle at the start before or after you visit hag. Billy Bob normally spawns in one of those big open areas.

If he doesn't show in the first few minutes, chances are he won't.

He is a random spawn so he won't spawn in every run. like 1 out 5 or 6 runs.
