First of all i want to thank STS for fixing Singe and it's AA that we all had been waiting for so long. But I've tested the chance for stun which is said to be 75% and compared it with Samael's terrifying stun effect .
I made two videos comparing the two stuns. The first video that i made yesterday has 10 tries and the second one has 16 tries.

Samael 15 stuns - Singe 6 stuns ( 26 tries )

Is there really 75% chance to stun?

I think my grimm stuns more than that

But in reality of pvp AND pve, mage always shoot fireballs and give everyone stun immunity for (i think) 7 seconds anyway

Once stun immunity is triggered singe wont stun.. and the fireballs keep coming to re-trigger it

Singe needs the panic nekro and slag have or terrify like sam, pet stun (not panic or terrify) is useless both in pvp and pve, i hope theyll change that, singe would be my first arcane pet

75% is the theoretical possibility.

Theoretical and experimental probabilities are not the same.

I don't see what a sample pool of less than 50 can prove but it seems almost equal (minus the first round where immunity was triggered by bow stun).

As a mage using singe, the stun works quite often, it just doesn't allow stunlocks. Its area of effecte is much larger which means it can reach more opponents thus allowing to be used earlier in a fight than samael. It'd be a bit too much to ask for a change to panic/terrify with such range IMO.

In PvE, mobs have much smaller stun immunity if any so unless you sync fireball with singe AA, you can rely on a second stun.

Stun has been working fine for me...better than I was actually expecting
