Buff and debuff details

Ok now that I'm starting to try to improve my playing style I have a couple of questions for you smart people here on the forums:
1. How can I tell when a boss/mob has a debuff?
2. Does a higher level buff/debuff replace a lower level one?

Mage debuffs don't stack but the more powerful one does take effect. As for how you can tell, some effects have an animation (both Mage debuffs do, watch the targets feet ;) ), some have a sound, but often you just can't tell ;)

Thanks Royce! I saw the glowing feet today and I think it even answered my next question - how long does the debuff last? Looks like its shorter than the cool down. Us enchantresses gotta work together to keep these bad guys debuffed!

Yup, rotating debuffs with another enchantress is an excellent strategy. Too many times I've seen both mages in a team run into a pack and debuff simultaneously, wasting one and leaving a gap between it wearing off and being reapplied ;)
