Arena area affect bug

Vortex crystals are giving experience. With a party of 3 it's 4xp per crystal.

However, considering we're in a year-long level cap and the arena's not too friendly for level 40's to solo, it's not a super big deal, but I'm sure our friendly devs will want to tweak that up.

Do u also get xp while standing at the arena when others are playing? I'm still lvl 40 and at 2000/27500 xp so that would be cool:3
